Where do you ship to?

We ship world-wide. You can enjoy our products anywhere, anytime. In any case of problems with shipping to your country, you will be contacted by our customer service.

What are the shipping methods?

As we are shipping globaly, you don't need to worry about shipping methods. We are always choosing the best and fastest transport methods available in your country.

Will all my products arrive in one package?

We are always trying to pack order into one package, but as we have multiple warehouses, sometimes it's not possible to do. We are always choosing the simpliest method to ship products to your place. Our goal is to avoid unnecessary shippings between warehouses and to help preserve environment.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

As we have multiple warehouses available, processing of order can take up to 3 business days - it involves payment confirmation, system processing and preparing products for shipping. As we are shipping globaly, we always try to choose fastest method to ship order to your place. Depending on your location, this can take up to 21 days. But in global average, the shipping time for all countries is 7-13 days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number in e-mail after order confirmation.
